With background only in International Relations, My pre-graduation plan wasn’t involved being in journalism. A year later, thing changed otherwise. I joined media industry in 2021 as an intern and has worked my way to project manager. As part of Globe Media Asia, I’m also a reporter and translator for Southeast Asia Globe. I keep having a profound interest in writing and believes in its power to influence society. I particularly passionate about global affairs, social trends and issues, as well as women’s empowerment.
As I work in between international affairs and media, perhaps I’ll be moving closer into bringing concerning issues to the face of public using digital media.
I am a little someone who like seeing the world, write most of them and perhaps bring them to life. Into things that matter
I got questioned with my name - like A lot.......
My bylines are with Southeast Asia Globe and Focus - Ready For Tomorrow in both English and Khmer.
One or two of my double byline are also on Mekong Eyes, Reporting ASEAN with a small part in Pulitzer center.
Beside stories, I also write other kind of paper - Policy Brief. So far, two of my contribution are with KAS Cambodia Office and Asia Foundation program.
I involved with a lot of volunteers during college days and I was also part of youth-led organization in Southeast Asia. As part of the future generation, making impact with your own peers is another experiences.
